We aim to provide field workers with easy access to product and service information through two different display table options.

During EMDC 2026, the first option is 30 display tables situated near the morning sessions in a less busier area; these display tables are reserved on a first come first served basis. If you reserve one of these display tables before April 30th, this option is free; afterward, it will cost $25.

The second option during EMDC 2026, are 30 display tables available in high-traffic areas outside the breakout rooms, so early registration is recommended to secure your spot. These will be rented for $300 per table on a first come first served basis. This will help us offset our costs. They will go quickly. 

The setup for tables and booths will take place on May 17th, rather than during pre-EMDC activities. After EMDC concludes on May 22nd, the tables will be dismantled.

Please realize that this is just a table and space. We will make an effort to provide an electrical connection, but cannot promise that.  If you need electricity (220v), you need to bring your own extension cord. You are responsible for a table cloth and other decorations. This table space is for EMDC-time only. Please also leave your business card or contact info on your display table for when you are away.
