EMDC 2025 Registration
Pre-EMDC 14-17 May, EMDC 19-22 May (There is no Post-EMDC this year)
Location: De Betteld, Zelhem Netherlands
Registration is $80 USD per event per attendee. Our fee has been the same since 2012.*
Late registration is $100 USD, after 30 March
To register you will need the following information:
- The full name of all persons that you are registering
- Your registration dates, events, and costs See them here.
- Your preference for a room Room booking is for Betteld unless you chose to book your own housing off campus.
- Your arrival/departure dates (you may add flight info at a later date)
- If attending pre-EMDC, your preference for Training Track. See tracks here
- Your means of payment. (credit/debit card, transfer, other)

Please note the following general information:
- Housing capacity at Betteld is limited to 350 individuals in the traditional way. After that they can house more but in less standard ways. (Use the registration form to book rooms at Betteld)
- Betteld room reservations are NOT guaranteed until payment is made.
- You may edit your registration for later submission but reservations will NOT be guaranteed until payment is made.
- Due to local regulations, attendees booking Betteld rooms must provide passport information on the registration form.
- We are unable to provide assistance with visa applications other than exceptional cases.
- Preferred payment is 1. Debit/Credit Card. 2. Internal transfer (SIL, WBT, TSCO, JAARS members)
