Display Tables

We make an effort to get product and service information to field workers.  If you make the reservation before 30 April, the table is free.  After that time it is $25.  Most display tables will be in the two exterior break-out rooms (free space).

For EMDC 2024 there is only room for twenty-five display tables in the prime lobby spot of the main hall.  These will be rented for $300 per table on a first come first served basis.    This will help us offset our costs. They will go quickly. 

The day for setting up tables and booths is 26 May, not during pre-EMDC.  Tables are taken down after EMDC for the period of post-EMDC.  Our team will tell you where your table is.

Please realize that this is just a table and space. We will make an effort to provide an electrical connection, but cannot promise that.  If you need electricity, you need to bring your own extension cord. You are responsible for a table cloth and other decorations. This table space is for EMDC-time only. Please also leave your business card or contact info (even using the EMDC app) for when you are away from the table. 

Some people who cannot stay by their tables much may want to put their contact info (very visibly), so they can be reached quickly to meet up with interested parties.
