A. Local travel information for arriving at EMDC 2025 (De Betteld Centre)<\/span><\/h4>\n

The recommended transportation to De Betteld (Zelhem) from the airports is via train
\nThe nearest train station to De Betteld is Doetinchem<\/strong> (NOT<\/strong> Doetinchem De Huet<\/strong>) is <\/span>about 30 minute drive away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shuttle service to and from the Doetinchem<\/strong> train station (NOT Doetinchem De Huet)<\/span> <\/strong>will be arranged for those staying at De Betteld.\u00a0 Those staying offsite will need to make their own arrangements.<\/p>\n

Printed Tickets:\u00a0<\/strong> Print-at-home e-tickets are available online. Here\u2019s area links for both Dutch and Belgian sites where tickets can be purchased: SNCB (Belgian Airport)<\/a>.\u00a0 Be sure to print out your tickets ahead of time.<\/p>\n

Recommend that you purchase a one-way, 2nd class ticket to \u201cDOETINCHEM<\/strong>\u201d (not<\/strong> \u201cDoetinchem De Huet<\/strong>\u201d)<\/p>\n

Train ticket Options (arriving Amsterdam)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ticketless:<\/strong>\u00a0 If your credit or debit card allow contactless payments, you don\u2019t need to purchase any ticket! \u00a0Just checking in AND out will suffice.<\/p>\n

Single-use chipcards:<\/strong>\u00a0Can be purchased at Schiphol airport from yellow ticket machines with blue overhead sign reading \u2018train tickets\u2019. There is an extra \u20ac1 fee for the chipcard, and an extra \u20ac.50 for using a credit card. See instructions for using the ticket machines below. You should \u201ccheck-in\u201d and \u201ccheck-out\u201d at the beginning and end of your journey.<\/p>\n
