We make an effort to get product and service information to field workers. Display tables are a great way to promote your organization and make connection with conference participants. During the conference we offer two display table venues.<\/p>\n
Table space will be available around the perimeter of the main auditorium. This is where all main meetings are staged and meals are served. These will be rented for $300 per table on a first come first served basis. This will help us offset our costs. They will go quickly.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Table space will be available in one of the exterior breakout rooms and an overflow tent if needed. If you make the reservation before 30 April, the table is free<\/em><\/strong>. After that time it is $25.<\/p>\n The day for setting up tables and booths is 18 May, not<\/strong> during pre-EMDC. Tables are taken down after EMDC. Our team will tell you where your table is.<\/p>\n Please realize that this is just a table and space. We will make an effort to provide an electrical connection, but cannot promise that. If you need electricity, you need to bring your own extension cord. You are responsible for a table cloth and other decorations. This table space is for EMDC-time only. Please also leave your business card or contact info\u00a0 for when you are away from the table. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Some people who cannot stay by their tables much may want to put their contact info (very visibly), so they can be reached quickly to meet up with interested parties.<\/p>\nExterior rooms<\/h5>\n
