EMDC receives no funding from foundations or organizations.\u00a0 Our volunteer team needs to cover expenses with our small registration fees, and we waive these fees for hundreds<\/em> of attendees every year.\u00a0 In many cases a 3-day conference is $300 or $400.\u00a0 Our 4-day EMDC early rate is $80.\u00a0 We also offer other reductions.<\/p>\n

These Reduced Rates<\/strong> will apply:<\/p>\n

Reduced rates are for EMDC registration (not for housing<\/strong>) can be one of the following:<\/p>\n

Assistant Trainers Rate<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

For individuals coming as assisting trainers<\/strong> for the pre-EMDC or post-EMDC training (drop down as Assistant rate).<\/p>\n

Special Rate<\/em>
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

For trainers<\/strong> and individuals<\/strong> holding (only) a passport from Eurasian, Central Asian, South Asian, or non-Western countries (as defined by EMDC<\/a>)<\/em> and working with a non-profit\/mission in the region.\u00a0 Dual passport holders (with Western country) do not qualify. When you register and put your passport country in, the software will give you the reduced rate if your country is on the above list.<\/p>\n

Couple Rate<\/em>

For the spouse<\/strong> of a registered attendee. This will be in the drop down option as couple rate.<\/p>\n
